Honestly have no clue why the reviews are so bad. We just had phenomenal food in the gumbolaya and red beans and rice and the service that David provided was so warm and entertaining far above all the other amazing service while down in NOLA.

Love to go here for fried green tomatoes topped with shrimp and remoulade sauce and Bbq Shrimp.
Went here with a group of friends to get our southern food fix. We ordered a bunch of food and shared it all. Fried Oyster platter, red beans and rice, and Blacken Catfish. Bloody Mary's are spicy and strong . Save room for the beignet fries. The place is beautiful and has friendly staff

Stayed closed to this restaurant and thought we would stop in for their "cocktails to go". We ended up staying for hours because the bartender, Stephanie, made us feel so welcome! We had an absolute blast! She recommended the "Voodoo Brew" for me but changed it so it wasn't as sweet because I mentioned I didn't like sugary drinks. We came back several times because of her hospitality and mad bartending skills.

While on a trip to Nola, my wife and I were curious to try some of the local cuisine. Our first culinary stop in the city was here at Pere Antoines and we loved it. We were taken care of my Mykel who is a wonderful server and made some great recomendations. We had a crayfish appetizer which was delicious! I had a shrimp poboy and the wife had jambalaya. The potions are huge and moderately priced and we really enjoyed the mild spicy kick everything has. We also tried our first Hurricane here which was very refreshing for a hot day. For dessert you have to try the beignet fries, OMG so good!
I will be coming back here on our next trip to Nola!

Was looking for a great place to eat and came across this restaurant. They got 2 out of 2 dishes right! We got the crawfish etouffee and the crawfish crab cake pontchartrain pasta and it was AMAZING. The crab cakes were the best I've ever had, dare I say...
We were kind of worried about the 2 1/2 stars but we were definitely pleased and happy we popped in.
